Just got back from a weeklong trip to Dresden and Berlin! I had an amazing time, ate everything from Thai food to Turkish and walked entirely too much. Here are some photos from the trip.

“Official” handshake at the Bundeskanzleramt :p They used to let tourists stand behind the podiums for photos, but apparently visitors broke the microphone twice because of this. Hence the awkward handshaking.

Oh yes! Well we were at the Bundeskanzleramt for a special tour with my study abroad program and at the end of a tour they took us to the room where Angela Merkel has conferences and so they let us take pictures in front of the podium shaking each other’s hands. The other girl in the picture is just my friend Amanda!
